Lutheran Night at the Braves

August 4 at 7:10 p.m.

This annual event, featuring the Lutherans on Parade, brings out a huge crowd of Lutherans and benefits Lutheran Services of Georgia. Be sure to mark your calendars now and watch for ticket sales in your congregation.

Trinity Lutheran Church Choir to sing at Turner Field

Trinity Choir will sing "America the Beautiful" during the 7th inning stretch. This event will a part of the "Lutheran Night at the Braves, on August 4. It is not too late to purchase tickets and show your "Lutheran Spirit!"

Kids Helping Kids Youth Concert - Sunday, August 15, 4:00 p.m.

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and Financial Representative Tracy Goodrich present a fabulous afternoon concert starring wonderfully talented Atlanta area student musicians, ages 5 to 18. You're invited to attend this spectacular benefit concert supporting the Lutheran Services of Georgia Foster Children’s Program. A truly inspiring event of Kids Helping Kids.

Tickets:  Adult $10,  Students $5

LDR Recognized for Outstanding Service

Lutheran Disaster Response was recently recognized as the National VOAD "Member of the Year." The award was presented at the Annual VOAD Conference, taking place this week in Orlando, Florida.

What is Team Lutheran?

It is not a committee, a project, or even a ministry. Team Lutheran is people - it's you, the pastor, the choir director, the couple who always sit in the third pew on the Gospel side, the Kindergarten Sunday School teacher, the Thrivent Rep. who faithfully checks up on your family, the man with the beautiful tenor voice, the teenager with shoelaces untied, the babies in the nursery, the kitchen crew, and it's me.
